Problem
R&D changes spanned R&D, procurement, manufacturing, and aftersales; offline coordination was costly and quality/efficiency hard to guarantee.
My role
Built the platform from scratch; co-modeled processes with business analysts; led two PMs through versioned delivery.
Approach
- Mapped change processes, researched role pain points, and redefined workflows from feedback.
- Designed scenario-fit system flows, sliced release versions, and drove launch.
- Shipped analytics dashboards on node/process latency, rejections, and change frequency by part or configuration.
- Packaged configurable process nodes with clear I/O for fast assembly, reuse, and adjustment.
Outcomes
- Data quality improved by about 15% versus the prior process.
- Process efficiency improved by about 3×.
