Problem
The speaker needed a companion app and persona-fit VUI definitions, with continuous bad-case improvement.
My role
Owned app positioning and release backlog, plus VUI for weather, alarms, reminders, and smart home.
Approach
- Designed networking, device management, tutorials, playback history, and search to guide exploration.
- Benchmarked competitor ASR/NLU/TTS, defined VUI against our persona, and iterated on bad cases for accuracy.
Outcomes
- Established a versioned app backlog and an iterable VUI definition.
