Vision capabilities were siloed and hard to reuse; content safety and commerce needed operable product loops.
My role
Owned productization and commercialization of AI vision across business scenarios.
Approach
- Content safety: designed AI + human + ops closed loops and drove tech productization from customer scenarios.
- E-commerce: used CV/OCR to convert overseas product detail pages into Kaola-compliant listings; partnered with algorithms on procurement/warehouse forecasting.
- Standardized vision capabilities into a configurable platform to speed delivery.
Outcomes
- Listing efficiency improved by about 3×.
- Sales forecast accuracy ~74%; big-promotion order forecast accuracy ~80%.
